I can help you find the plan that works for you. 

I grew up on a vegetable farm in NJ.  We were not organic farmers.  Organic was not a big thing yet.  We ate a plant based diet (10% or less animal products) growing up.  

I am now 55. I draw on years of self study. From weight lifting 'working out' since I was 18, yoga and Pilates for the past 20 years, meditation for the past 9 years, and all kinds of 'healthy' eating.  As well as reading lots of health oriented books, and health and nutrition courses. 

I am amazed at how much Science has learned about how diet, nutrition and exercise affect the human body.

I am also AMAZED at how LITTLE your DOCTOR needs to know about NUTRITION.  

I am sickened at how the media, FDA and politics twist the science and present the public with the most 'profit interested' version of 'healthy' and 'diet'.

Diets fail.  For many reasons. The first is there is SO MUCH MONEY to be made.  Politicians need to be reelected.  Special interest groups are only interested in their profit margins. 

 Every BODY is different.    A 'diet' is a lifelong commitment.  I can't help you lose 20lbs in 10 days, but I can help you lose 20-40 lbs. for the next 20 years.  And the food will taste great. 

So, what is it you would like?  To lose weight?  Look better?  Feel Better?  Less stress?  More energy?  Sort out all of the conflicting, confusing things you hear about what is and isn't 'good for you'?

  ALL OF THE ABOVE?  

I can help guide you to do any or all of these things.   And hopefully, I can do that without you making all of the mistakes that I have made.  It is still a daily decision by decision plan for me.  

My plan is to help you make better decisions, on a day to day basis, so that you can have a healthy body, mind and lifestyle. 

I will present you with the scientific facts, the health studies that are available, the special interests and how they get to manipulate what you get to hear and the choices you get to make.

And in the end, it is your choice.  It is your plan.  It is your life.

My method for living a more balanced life is simple and easy to follow. It starts with diet, what you eat daily.  Then if you want to continue the journey, it combines everything else you need to align the body and the mind for total balance.
