Juice is the next best thing to water (or tea)

It depends a lot on the type of juice, vegetable or fruit, as well as the percentage of juice.  

I tell people to opt for 100% juice.  100% juice is much better than the alternative.  Most juice blends  have added flavors, food coloring or other additives.

Next is how much you drink.  4 - 8 oz of juice is a good serving size.  Children should be in the 4oz range, while adults shouldn't drink more than 8 oz at a time, a couple times a day.
